Questions people ask

How do I sign a PDF on my phone?

Choose the PDF, draw your signature with your finger in the white box, then tap the page where it should go. Drag it to adjust, and press “Save signed PDF”.

Can I use a photo of my real signature?

Yes. Sign on white paper, take a photo, and choose “Upload”. The white paper is removed automatically so only the ink shows.

Is this a legal signature?

This adds an electronic signature — an image of your signature — to the document. It is accepted for many everyday papers like forms, letters, agreements and school slips. It is not a certified digital signature (such as Aadhaar eSign or a certificate-based signature). If a document needs that, the organisation will tell you.

Is my signature stored anywhere?

No. Everything happens in your browser. Your signature is only kept on this device if you tick “Remember my signature”, and you can remove it any time.

Can I sign more than one page?

Yes. Go to any page with the arrows and tap “Add signature” or tap the page again.
